Pricing

$999 to activate. $99 a month after that.

There is no third number. No setup fee on top, no per-member charge, no transaction cut — your members' money never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. Everything on this page, including what happens when a payment is late, is the whole policy.

What each payment covers

Activation

$999 one-time

Paid once, at checkout.

This buys

  • Your isolated deployment, provisioned automatically the moment the payment settles.
  • The subdomain you chose at checkout, live at yourname.investmentcms.com.
  • Your own database, your own two private storage buckets, your own session store.
  • Two dedicated edge workers running only your site — the application, and a second one for long-running distribution jobs.
  • An hourly automation schedule on your site alone.
  • Your superadmin account, created from the email and password you set at checkout.
  • The calendar month you activate in. There is no $99 charged on top for a partial first month, whether you activate on the 2nd or the 29th.

Monthly

$99 per month

First charged for the month after your activation month.

This buys

  • Your site continuing to serve, with all of its data and settings.
  • The hourly automation cycle continuing to run: accruals, maturities, pool payouts, reconciliation.
  • Your customer panel, your billing history, and your admin access.

How the month works

  • The invoice for a month is issued on the 1st of that month.
  • It is due at the end of the last day of that month, UTC.
  • Month arithmetic is calendar-real. February is February; a 31-day month is 31 days.
  • We email you when the invoice is issued, and again 7, 3 and 1 days before it is due.

How you pay us

Cryptocurrency, priced in USD

Every amount on this site is denominated in US dollars. When you pay, we create an invoice at NOWPayments and send you to their hosted checkout, where you choose which coin to pay with. The price is fixed at the time the invoice is created.

We never see your wallet, your keys or your seed phrase, and we do not store card details — there are no cards in this flow at all.

Payment is confirmed by a signed notification from NOWPayments, which we verify and then re-check directly against their API before acting on it. Only a fully finished payment settles an invoice. A partially paid invoice is held for review and never silently activates or renews anything.

Renewing

Crypto cannot be auto-debited, so there is no subscription to authorise and nothing that can quietly charge you. Each cycle we issue a fresh invoice, and you pay it from the Billing panel in your customer panel.

That is also why the reminders below exist, and why the grace period is measured in months rather than days. A missed payment is treated as something to chase, not as an instant shutdown.

All payments are final. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy for the full statement — the short version is on this page below.

If a payment is late

This is the part most services bury. Here it is in full. Every state below is measured in whole days past the last day of the last month you paid for, and every transition is made by a single daily job — nothing is decided by hand.

The complete lifecycle. Nothing else happens to your site.
Days late State What happens How to get out of it
Paid up Active Everything serves. Your public site, your members' accounts, your admin panel and the hourly automation all run normally.
1 to 60 Overdue Your site keeps serving. Your members notice nothing. Your customer panel shows a banner and we email you — at 3 days late, and again at 30 days late. Pay the outstanding invoice.
61 to 90 Suspended Your public site is gated behind a renewal-required page. Your data, your database and your customer panel are untouched. We email you at 61 days, and a final warning at 85 days. Pay all outstanding monthly invoices. Your site restores immediately — not at the next daily run.
91 to 180 Cancelled Access ends: the site serves an "access ended" page and your site's admin panel closes. Outstanding monthly invoices are voided rather than accruing forever. Your customer panel shows only the reactivation offer. Nothing is deleted. We email at 91 days, and deletion warnings at 150 and 173 days. A $999 reactivation. It restores the same site with the same data, sets you paid through the end of the reactivation month, and restarts the monthly cycle.
Past 180 Deleted Your database, storage, session store, both workers and the subdomain are permanently and irreversibly destroyed. A deletion record is written first, and we email you when it is done. Nothing. This cannot be undone. It is why the two warning emails exist.

The same thing as a timeline

  1. Day 0

    Due date

The last day of the calendar month, 23:59:59 UTC.

  2. Days 1–60

    Overdue — site online

Warnings to you at day 3 and day 30. Your members see no change.

  3. Days 61–90

    Suspended — data intact

Public site gated. Panel and data untouched. Final warning at day 85. Paying the arrears restores it instantly.

  4. Days 91–180

    Cancelled — still nothing deleted

Access ends, arrears are voided, and a $999 reactivation restores everything. Deletion warnings at day 150 and day 173.

  5. Day 181

    Permanent deletion

Resources destroyed irreversibly. The subdomain is freed.

Why the grace period is this long

Because your members' money is in your platform, and a billing dispute with us should not be the reason they cannot reach it. Sixty days of full service, thirty more with your data intact behind a notice, and ninety after that where a single payment brings everything back — that is six months from a missed invoice to anything irreversible, with five separate warnings along the way.

Refunds

Payments are final and non-refundable.

Activation creates a real, dedicated deployment — a database, storage, a session store and two workers — the moment your payment settles. That work cannot be undone once done, so the $999 is not refundable. Monthly payments cover a month of service that has already begun, and are not refundable or pro-rated. Reactivation is treated exactly like activation.

You cancel by not paying the next invoice. There is nothing to cancel with us, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. What happens next is the lifecycle table above, which runs whether you tell us or not.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by us. If a payment fails, expires, or arrives partially paid, it is held and reviewed rather than being applied — see the full Refunds & Cancellation policy.

What the price does not include

  • Your payment provider account. Your members pay into your own NOWPayments merchant account. You need one, with its own credentials, before your site can take a crypto deposit. There is no self-service screen in the customer panel for entering those credentials today.
  • Your other provider accounts. Automated identity verification, captcha, analytics and Google sign-in each run on an account you hold with that provider.
  • Your own domain. The subdomain is included. Bringing your own domain is supported — you request it in the panel and get CNAME instructions — but the domain itself, and its registration cost, are yours, and the final activation is a manual step our side.
  • Backups. There is no self-service backup or restore feature, and we do not sell one.
  • Legal or regulatory work. The product includes identity verification, source-of-funds rounds and an audit trail. None of that makes you compliant with anything. Your licensing, registration and obligations where you and your members are located are yours.
